Simulated trading environment

Northpeak Prop provides skill-assessment evaluations and funded trading accounts that operate in a simulated (demo) environment. You are not trading real money in a live market, and orders placed on our platform are not routed to any exchange or executed against real liquidity. Nothing in our programs constitutes an offer of securities, brokerage services, or a managed account.

It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and should seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

Trading involves substantial risk

Trading cryptocurrencies and other financial instruments carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for everyone. Crypto markets in particular are highly volatile and can move sharply in either direction at any time, including outside of typical market hours. Even in a simulated environment, the strategies you practise can result in significant losses when applied to live markets. You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

No guarantee of profit or funding

Passing an evaluation is not guaranteed. Receiving a funded account, or any payout from one, depends on meeting our published rules, including profit targets and loss limits. We make no promise that you will pass an evaluation, qualify for funding, or earn any particular amount. Many participants do not pass.

Hypothetical and illustrative performance

Any performance figures, account sizes, profit splits, statistics, charts or example results shown on this website or in our materials are hypothetical or illustrative. They are provided to explain how our programs work and do not represent actual results achieved by any individual.

Hypothetical performance has inherent limitations. Unlike an actual record, simulated results do not reflect real execution, slippage, fees, or the financial and emotional pressure of trading live capital, and they benefit from hindsight. Past or simulated performance is not indicative of future results.

Rules, breaches and account termination

Evaluation and funded accounts are subject to trading rules, including daily and overall loss limits and prohibited trading practices. Breaching a rule may result in the immediate failure or termination of an account. It is your responsibility to read, understand and follow the rules that apply to your account.

Third-party platforms and data

Our services rely on third-party trading platforms, data feeds and price sources. Market data and prices shown may be delayed, inaccurate or interrupted, and we are not responsible for losses arising from the unavailability, error or delay of any third-party system.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that participation in our programs is legal in your country of residence and for complying with all applicable laws, including any tax obligations relating to payouts you may receive.
