Refund Policy
When the one-time evaluation fee is and isn't refundable. In short, the fee pays for the evaluation and is not returned once you start trading.
Overview
This Refund Policy explains when the one-time evaluation fee you pay Northpeak Prop is refundable. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Funded-account payouts are governed by the trading rules and payout terms, not by this policy.
14-day cooling-off period
If you are a consumer and your local law gives you a cooling-off right, you may request a full refund of your evaluation fee within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not yet started trading on the evaluation account. Once you place your first trade, you are deemed to have begun using the service and the cooling-off right no longer applies.
When fees are not refundable
Outside the cases above, evaluation fees are non-refundable. In particular, fees are not refunded:
• once you have started trading the evaluation account;
• if the account fails because a profit target was not met or a loss limit or other rule was breached;
• where an account is terminated for prohibited trading practices, exploitation of errors, fraud or other breaches of our Terms; or
• for change of mind after trading has begun.
